Birmingham Bulls Hockey Games

Rebel 5K & Fun Color Run

This year’s event will have dual races, a Superhero Fun Run for grades K through 5 and a 5K for sixth-grade to adults. The 1-mile Superhero Fun Run for grades K-5 will be held on the track in the VHHS football stadium.  All proceeds from the run will benefit the Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Program at the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB. Kiwanis Pancake Day: Drive-Thru Edition

Rise and shine, and come out for some hot cakes, sausage and coffee. This year’s event will be setup as a drive-thru, and more event details will be posted on homewood-mtbrook-al.kiwanisone.org. Organizer the Kiwanis Club of Homewood-Mountain Brook awards Key Club college scholarships, YMCA camp scholarships, and funds projects at family-centric organizations such as Children’s of Alabama, The Exceptional Foundation and local schools.

GreenWise Market Village 2 Village Run

You can run through your favorite villages and neighborhoods with this year’s virtual edition of this annual run. Not feeling the 10K? You can also choose the 7.5K option (4.6 miles). You can run your miles any time as long as you submit them by March 13. This year the event is sponsored by GreenWise Market, and it benefits the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce.
